Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Carefully pack your headphones in the original luxury packaging, ensuring all cables, accessories, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transit back to our facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
